It has also created its own online service system, through which members can settle their accounts, without having to leave home. Members now benefit from advantages such as participating in promotions, paying less to watch each match, in addition to not having to wait in lines to access the stadium.
“Our members are the lifeblood of our club. We hold exclusive actions directed at them, in addition to the advantage plan in a number of companies, something that further enriches Coritiba”, states the club president, Vilson Ribeiro de Andrade.
The high point of this effort came about in 2011. At the start of the year, Coritiba attained the historical mark of 30,000 full members and initiated a new, more economical plan that quickly spread its member group to 21 different states, covering more than 200 cities.
